Eligibility rules to read before you open the form
You can register if you are an adult, you are opening the account for yourself, the details you enter are true, and you use the casino only where that is permitted. Domain checks and password choices for a new account
Register only on vegasnow.com, and give the account a password you have never used anywhere else. Those two habits prevent most of the trouble new accounts run into.
Confirm the form is ours
vegasnow.com appears as an approved domain on the licence certificate (OGL/2024/164/0246) that the Curaçao Gaming Authority publishes, and the validator shows the list to anyone. A sign-up form reached through an advert, a search result you did not check or a forwarded message deserves a second look. When VegasNow asks for ID and how to answer
Verification is not part of registration. Your new account works without it, and a request for documents, also called KYC (know your customer), can arrive at any later point. Before a first withdrawal is the most common time.
Uploads go through your profile's Documents area, visible once you are signed in, which also tracks the status of each file. A clean response looks like this:
- Read the request through and note exactly which document it names.
- Photograph or scan it in full, in focus, with every corner visible.
- Upload it through the Documents area only, never by social media or an unfamiliar email address.
- Check the status afterwards: upload and approval are separate events.
There is no universal checklist or fixed approval deadline; the wording of the request on your account decides what is needed. Deposit only when ready
Pick a method in your own name and check its minimum. The A$20 offer minimum does not override a method floor such as A$30 for card or MiFinity.
Bonus only if it suits you
Declining a bonus is permitted under the general bonus terms. Without one, the bonus wagering, maximum bet and caps do not apply, though the 3× deposit turnover still does.
Limits before play
Deposit limits can be set inside your account before the first payment. Under section 8.4 of the terms they cannot be applied to crypto deposits.
One active bonus is allowed at a time, so a small offer you take now blocks any other until it is finished or forfeited. If an offer, code or minimum is unclear, ask support before paying, not after. Testing with a second deposit only muddies the record.

Worked example: a small first deposit
You join and deposit A$70 by MiFinity, with no bonus. Terms v2.3 (dated 20 January 2024) set a 3× turnover on deposits before related money can be withdrawn: A$70 × 3 = A$210 in bets. Suppose your balance afterwards is A$95. MiFinity can return it, since A$95 sits inside A$30 to A$4,000. A bank wire cannot, because A$95 is below the A$300 floor. Had you deposited by Cashtocode instead, you would need another listed route for the exit, so plan it now. What the first VegasNow welcome stage asks of you
Our welcome package reaches a combined A$8,000 plus 500 free spins only if you complete all four deposits. Each stage is a separate offer with its own match, spins and code.

The same rules sit behind every stage. Each offer needs at least A$20, or more if your method's minimum is higher. Wagering of 40× applies to bonus funds and to whatever the spins win, and you have seven days. Bets stay at A$8 or less until wagering ends, cash-outs from each offer stop at A$5,000, and welcome spin winnings stop at A$300. The deposit must be wagered once before the spins are released, and only casino and live casino play counts.
Worked example: an A$180 first deposit
A 150% match on A$180 adds A$270 in bonus funds. At 40×, that is A$10,800 of qualifying bets (A$270 × 40) inside seven days. At the A$8 maximum, that needs at least 1,350 rounds (A$10,800 ÷ 8). The 200 spins arrive after A$180 of deposit wagering, and their winnings are capped at A$300. Game choice matters as well. Baccarat counts 0%, blackjack and game shows 10% each, roulette 25%, and pokies 100% with some exceptions. So A$80 staked on roulette moves the requirement by only A$20. Sign-up stuck halfway: find out if the account exists
If the form froze, threw an error or no welcome email arrived, do not submit it again. First find out whether an account was created, because a second attempt can leave you with two records to untangle.
- Note where it stopped: before you pressed submit, straight after, or while you waited for the email.
- Keep the evidence: the exact on-screen wording and the time, with your time zone.
- Search your mail: spam, junk and promotions folders for the registered address.
- Test gently: try Log In or Forgot Password with that email. A reset email means the account exists.

The company, licence and limits behind a VegasNow account
Registering opens an account with Just Entertainment B.V., company number 160603, the operator of VegasNow. Its licence, OGL/2024/164/0246, was issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority; the public record shows Active status and a start date of 13 August 2024.
When the form shows its terms, note that company name and save a copy of the terms with your welcome email. Should a formal complaint ever be needed, that is the entity it goes to.
