VegasNow Login: Sign In and Fix Access
Your VegasNow login is the email address and password from your sign-up, typed on the Log In screen at vegasnow.com. When it fails, the point where it stops points to the fix: a password reset, a support request or a closer look at the page itself. Each chapter below leads with the answer.

Start here: which VegasNow login problem do you have
The normal route is short: open vegasnow.com, choose Log In and type the email and password you registered with. If that is not working, find the line that describes you and go to the matching chapter. Each one opens with the fix.
| Your situation right now | Chapter to read | The short answer |
|---|---|---|
| I know my details and just want in | The sign-in sequence | Four moves, beginning with the address bar |
| I doubt the page is really ours | Look-alike pages | Trust the domain, not the design |
| The password is rejected or forgotten | Forgot Password | Request a reset email and follow its link |
| Something fails and I cannot tell why | Troubleshooting table | Find the stage where it stopped |
| I joined years ago | Coming back after a break | Recover the old account rather than joining twice |
| I can sign in but cannot withdraw | KYC and account jobs | Signing in and being verified are separate things |
The sign-in sequence that gets you to the VegasNow lobby
Work through these in order and stop at the first one that misbehaves. Where it stops tells you what kind of problem you have.
Reach the site and read the address
Use the Login button here or type vegasnow.com yourself. Before typing anything, confirm the domain in the address bar is spelled exactly that way.
Pick Log In, not Join Now
Sign-in, registration and password recovery share one account screen. If you already hold an account, Log In is your option.
Enter the details you joined with
Use the email from your sign-up, which may not be the one you use most today. If the browser autofills the password, make sure it is not an old saved entry.
See what loads
Success puts your balance and the lobby on screen. If a message shows up instead, copy its wording exactly before pressing anything else.
Trouble at the first move is about reaching the site; trouble at the third is about your details. If everything works and one game then refuses to open, your login is fine and the question belongs to that game.
Look-alike pages: the address and licence checks we recommend
The genuine VegasNow sign-in lives on vegasnow.com, the approved domain on the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for licence OGL/2024/164/0246. The public licence validator lets anyone read that domain list.
A logo and colour scheme can be copied easily; a domain cannot. That makes the address bar the one part of a page worth trusting. Run these checks whenever a sign-in screen reaches you by an unusual route:
- Type the address yourself when an email, text or social message asks you to confirm, unlock or update your account.
- Look for extra characters. Added words, swapped letters or a different ending after the brand name signal a different website.
- Check the company name. Our terms name Just Entertainment B.V., company number 160603.
- Distrust surprise code requests. Never type an unrequested one-time code into a page you were sent to.
Entered your details somewhere suspicious? Open the real site, change your password, and email support@vegasnow.com with the suspect address and roughly when you used it. Change the same password anywhere else you used it. Our licensing page explains how to read the certificate.
Using Forgot Password and what to do if the email never lands
Choose Log In, then the Forgot Password link. Give your registered email address, open the message we send, and its link takes you to a screen where you set a replacement password.
If nothing arrives
- Search spam, junk, promotions and any folders your mail filters use.
- Check which address you typed. Plenty of people hold a personal and a work address and joined with the one they least expect.
- Write down the time of the request. Several presses in a row make it hard to match emails to requests.
- Keep the link private. Nobody on our team needs it.
When the registered inbox no longer exists
A closed work address or a mailbox you cannot reopen leaves the reset with nowhere to go. That is a separate problem from a forgotten password. Contact support, say plainly that the registered inbox is gone, and ask which recovery process applies. Only customer care can change the email on your record, and they will name the secure route to use if they need to confirm who you are.
Back in? Choose a password you have never used elsewhere and update any saved entry in your browser or password manager.
A VegasNow troubleshooting table sorted by where it stops
Find the moment things went wrong in the left column; the first thing to try sits in the same row. Treat these as starting points, since only our support team can see the record behind a message.
| Where it stops | What you might see | First thing to try |
|---|---|---|
| Before the form appears | A blank screen, an error page or an availability notice | Note the address and the wording. No password has been checked yet, so a reset changes nothing. |
| At the form | Email or password not recognised | Retype both by hand once, try any other address you might have joined with, then use Forgot Password. |
| During the reset | No reset email | Search every mail folder, check the address entered, and tell support the time of the request. |
| Straight after sign-in | A restricted or closed notice, or a request to contact us | Keep the exact text and ask support about that status. A fresh password will not lift it. |
| Inside the lobby | One title will not load | Note the game name and error. Access is working; ask about that game. |
| In the cashier | A balance, deposit or bonus looks wrong | Gather the transaction reference and offer name. This is an account query, not an access fault. |
| On one device only | The laptop signs in, the phone does not | Clear the saved password in that phone browser, or remove the Home Screen icon and add it again. |
Coming back to an old VegasNow account after a break
Recover the account you already have. Under our terms each person may hold a single account unless we instruct otherwise, so registering on top of an old account adds a second problem rather than solving the first.
Unsure which email you used? Run Forgot Password with each address that might be the one. If none produces a reset email, write to support, list the addresses you tried and give a rough idea of when you joined, then let our team confirm whether an account exists.
A closed account, or one under self-exclusion, is a status on the record, not a lost password, so raise it with support directly. If you stepped away because gambling was hurting you, talking to Gambling Help Online first may help. Never held an account? The registration page covers the sign-up form.
Account security: a password checklist for your VegasNow profile
A safe login is known only to you, used nowhere else and typed only on vegasnow.com. Four habits cover most of the risk.
A password of its own
Shared passwords can be exposed by a leak at a service you have forgotten about. Give this account a unique one.
Codes stay with you
Reset links and one-time codes belong to the account holder. Our team has no need for them, so a request for one is a red flag.
Care on shared screens
On a family tablet or work laptop, sign out at the end and say no when the browser offers to save your password.
A mailbox that stays open
Resets and account messages go to your registered email. Changing providers? Ask support to update it while the old inbox still works.
A password manager can create and remember a long random password. A Home Screen icon relies on the same browser storage as a bookmark, so your phone's screen lock is part of your account security too.
VegasNow KYC requests that appear after you sign in
Signing in does not make an account verified. KYC (know your customer) is its own check, which can be requested at any point; before a first withdrawal is the usual moment.
A request names what is needed. Files go through the Documents area in your signed-in profile, which also shows each file's status.
- Send exactly the document the request names, not a near alternative.
- Make sure the image is sharp and uncropped, and the details match your account.
- Check the status after uploading: submitted and accepted are different.
- If a file is rejected, ask support what is still outstanding instead of resending everything.
Our terms require payment methods in the account holder's name, and a partner's card or a parent's wallet usually comes to light here rather than at the deposit. No universal document list or fixed approval deadline exists; the request on your account is the one that applies. Never send ID through social media or to an address you have not confirmed is ours.
Phone access through the browser and a Home Screen icon
On a phone, VegasNow opens in the browser with the same login as your computer. Neither the App Store nor Google Play carries a verified VegasNow app, and we publish no APK, so be wary of any site offering a download. You can pin the site to your Home Screen instead.
| Phone and browser | Adding the icon |
|---|---|
| iPhone or iPad, Safari | Open vegasnow.com, tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen, select Open as Web App where offered, name it and tap Add. |
| Android, Chrome | Open vegasnow.com, tap the three-dot More menu, choose Install or the shortcut option, then confirm. |
Open the icon once to check it lands on vegasnow.com; if it lands anywhere else, delete it and repeat from the genuine site. It loads the same website, so it cannot get past a page that is unavailable where you are, and it is not a separate mobile account. More on browser access is on our mobile page.
Who runs the account you are signing in to
Your account sits with Just Entertainment B.V. (company number 160603), which operates VegasNow under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246, in place since 13 August 2024 and listed as Active.
Two practical points follow. For any formal complaint about access, that is the company to name, so keep a copy of the terms page showing it. And sign-in depends on meeting our terms, including being 18 or over; a page that stops before the form may reflect an availability restriction that a password reset cannot touch.
Logging in to slow down or stop? Deposit limits and self-exclusion are inside your account, or support can apply them. Section 8.4 of our General Terms (version 2.3) says deposit limits do not reach crypto deposits, so confirm the scope of any limit. BetStop covers wagering providers licensed in Australia; our licence is from Curaçao, so use the self-exclusion in your VegasNow account here. The responsible gambling page lists further help.
Once you are in: deposits, limits and withdrawals at VegasNow
Most sign-ins have a job behind them. Knowing what that job needs means a single session gets it done.
| Job | Where | Have this ready |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit | Cashier | An own-name method: cards from A$30 (up to A$10,000), MiFinity from A$30 (up to A$4,000), Cashtocode from A$25 (up to A$400), or crypto at per-coin minimums. PayID, POLi and Neosurf do not appear in our AU cashier. |
| Withdrawal | My Account | Completed verification, the 3× deposit turnover met, and an amount that fits the method: MiFinity takes A$30 to A$4,000; Inpay, PayAnyBank and Wire take A$300 to A$6,000. |
| Documents | Documents area | The exact file the request names |
| Limits | Your account, or support | A figure chosen before play starts |
| Deposit bonus | Promotions | No code for deposit one, then VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4; only one bonus can be active |
| Finding a game | Lobby | The exact title for search, or your Saved games list |
Worked example: from deposit to cash-out
You deposit A$140 by card. Our General Terms (version 2.3, 20 January 2024) require each deposit to be turned over 3× before money linked to it can leave, so that means A$420 of bets (A$140 × 3); skip it and a withdrawal can be refused or charged a processing fee. Later your balance is A$260. MiFinity can take it, since A$260 falls inside A$30 to A$4,000. Inpay, PayAnyBank and Wire cannot, because their floor is A$300. Cards are not on the AU withdrawal list, so ask support which route a card-funded balance will use.
Large amounts may be paid in instalments, and daily, weekly and monthly caps apply. With a bonus active, keep each bet at A$8 or less. Full tables: withdrawals and payments.
Briefing VegasNow support when the reset is not enough
Send one complete message and keep the replies in a single thread. Email support@vegasnow.com, ideally from your registered address, or use live chat on the site.
| Put this in | Leave this out |
|---|---|
| The error text, copied exactly | Your password, old or new |
| Date, time and time zone, for example AEST | Reset links or one-time codes |
| Device and browser | Full card or wallet numbers |
| The step where it stopped | ID images, unless support asks via a secure route |
A field-style message is quick to write and to read:
- Registered email: [your address]
- What happens: Log In returns [exact message]
- When: [date, time, time zone]
- Device: [phone or computer, plus browser]
- Reset tried: [yes, at what time, or no]
- Inbox access: [yes or no]
A cropped screenshot of the error can help, as long as it hides your password field and any unrelated personal details. Answer follow-up questions in that thread with the case reference. Restrictions and closures can only be settled by support, who see the record. Our support page covers each contact route.
Seven VegasNow access mistakes and the better move
Each of these turns a quick fix into a long exchange.
- Guessing passwords on repeat. Retype once with care, then use Forgot Password.
- Joining again to dodge a locked account. Recover the existing one; our terms allow one each.
- Following a sign-in link from an unexpected message. Type vegasnow.com yourself.
- Sending account details to Instagram. @vegasnowcasino is a social profile; use email or live chat.
- Taking a working login as a verified account. Check the Documents area before planning a withdrawal.
- Letting the registered inbox lapse. Update it through support while the old one still works.
- Raising stakes with a bonus running. The cap is A$8 per bet while wagering, and the seven-day clock runs from the offer, not your next sign-in.
Set your budget before you log in. If you catch yourself signing in to chase a loss, reach for a limit rather than a bigger bet.
VegasNow login: questions and answers
Is my VegasNow login the same on phone and computer?
Yes. One account, one email and one password cover desktop, mobile browser and a Home Screen icon. A password changed on one device is the one every device needs.
How do I reset a forgotten VegasNow password?
Select Log In, then Forgot Password, and enter your registered email. The email we send has a link for setting a new password. No message? Check your filtered folders and the address you typed.
What if I can no longer open my registered email?
Tell support, by email or live chat, that the registered inbox is gone and ask which recovery process applies. Changing the email on an account record is something only customer care can do.
Can I open a new account if I am locked out?
No. Each person may hold a single account under our terms, so recover the existing one or ask support whether it exists. A second registration does not fix the first.
Will VegasNow support ask for my password?
No. Support has no need for your password, reset links or one-time codes, so keep them private. If documents are needed, support names the secure route for them.
Can I log in through a VegasNow app?
There is no verified store app and no APK. Sign in through the mobile browser, and add a Home Screen icon if you like: Share then Add to Home Screen in Safari, or More then Install in Chrome.
Why can I log in but not withdraw yet?
Signing in is not verification. Withdrawals go through My Account once you are verified, your deposits have had their 3× turnover, and the amount fits the method, for example A$30 to A$4,000 with MiFinity.
How do I know the sign-in page is genuine?
Check that the address bar shows vegasnow.com, the approved domain on the Curaçao certificate for OGL/2024/164/0246. If a message sent you there, close the tab and type the address yourself.
My account shows a restriction. Will a new password fix it?
No. A restriction is a status on the account, not a password fault. Copy the wording and ask support what it means and whether anything is needed from you.
Can a friend or family member log in to sort out my account?
No. The account belongs to you alone and our terms expect the holder to act on their own behalf. Keep your details private and contact support yourself; they can explain any step you are unsure about.
Can I set a deposit limit once I am signed in?
Yes. Deposit limits and self-exclusion are available inside your account, and support can apply them on request. Our terms say deposit limits cannot be applied to crypto deposits, so ask support to confirm what a limit covers.
