VegasNow support: live chat, email and complaints
Our customer care team looks after VegasNow accounts, balances, bonuses, verification and payments for Australian players through two published routes: live chat inside the casino and support@vegasnow.com. Below: which route fits which job, what the first message needs, and how to take a case further when a reply does not settle it.

VegasNow support at a glance: routes, scope and limits
Two published routes reach our customer care team: live chat, opened from the Live Support entry inside the casino, and email to support@vegasnow.com. Both deal with the same VegasNow account record, so choose the one that suits the job and stay with it until the case is closed.
| Question | Short answer |
|---|---|
| How do I reach support? | Live chat inside the casino, or an email to support@vegasnow.com |
| Is there a phone line for account help? | No phone number is among our published contact routes |
| How long will a reply take? | No set turnaround is published. Note your case reference and ask when to expect the next update |
| Where do documents go? | Through the secure upload route named in the request, never through chat or social media |
| How are complaints handled? | Through customer support for internal review, as our terms set out |
| Can support help me stop? | Yes: deposit limits, account closure and self-exclusion, set in the account or by request |
| Who helps with gambling harm? | Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858, free and confidential |
| Who runs VegasNow? | Just Entertainment B.V., licensed in Curaçao (OGL/2024/164/0246) |
Quick query or paper trail: choosing a VegasNow route
Use chat for anything you can settle in a short back-and-forth. Use email for anything you may need to quote later. Chat is handy for a yes-or-no question about a code or a status label, while an email gives you a dated record that holds the deposit reference, the offer wording and your question together.
| Task | Route we suggest | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Confirming which code the next welcome stage needs | Chat | A one-line factual answer |
| A deposit your bank shows but your balance does not | Chat first, with the provider reference | The reference ties it to the cashier record |
| Checking where a withdrawal request stands | Chat, quoting the request reference | Status questions are usually short |
| A bonus you think qualified but was not credited | You can paste the offer wording beside the deposit details | |
| A formal complaint | It leaves a dated, written record | |
| A deposit limit, closure or self-exclusion | Either, then ask for written confirmation | Scope and start date belong on record |
| Identity or payment documents | Neither | Upload through the secure route the request names |
Chat closed with the problem still open? Email us the chat date, time and any reference the agent gave, so the history carries over.
What each VegasNow case needs in the first message
The first message should let us locate the right transaction or screen without coming back to you with a question. Here is what to include for each kind of problem, and what to keep out.
| Problem | Include | Keep out |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in or recovery | The exact error text, the step where it stops, device, browser, time and time zone, and whether you can open the registered inbox | Your password or any recovery link |
| Deposit | Amount in AUD, method, provider reference, time, and the status shown on each side | A full card number or security code |
| Withdrawal | Request reference, amount, chosen method, time submitted and the current status label | Unrelated bank statements |
| Verification | When the request arrived, what you uploaded and when, and the acknowledgement or rejection wording | The documents themselves, unless the secure route asks for them |
| Promotion | Offer name or stage, any code entered, the deposit reference and the clause you are asking about | Code lists copied from other websites |
| Game interruption | Game title, provider, time, round or transaction reference, and the balance before and after | Guesses about what the result should have been |
| Sports bet | Bet reference, selection, odds, stake and the settlement you expected | A request to cancel a bet that is already registered |
| Limit, closure or exclusion | Which of the three you want, the period, and a request for written confirmation | Questions about promotions |
Sign-in problems: describe the exact step that fails
Start with the Forgot Password link inside Log In. A support case is only needed if the reset does not work or you can no longer open the registered email. Access faults tend to fall into three groups, and each needs a different answer from us.
- The page will not load. Note the address and what the browser shows; a reset will not fix this.
- The password is rejected. Request the reset email, check spam and filtered folders, and note the time you asked.
- The account shows a restriction. Copy the wording exactly. A new password does not lift an account status.
A message that works: “The sign-in page opens, but after I submit my email I see [exact message]. This began at [time, time zone] on [device and browser]. I requested a reset at [time] and [did / did not] receive it. I [can / cannot] open the registered inbox.” Replace the brackets with your own details and leave the password out.
One non-fault worth knowing: there is no verified VegasNow listing on the App Store or Google Play. You play in the phone browser, optionally from a Home Screen shortcut. Our login page walks through recovery screen by screen.
Payment queries: name the stage the money has reached
Tell us where a payment is, not only that it feels late. A withdrawal passes through several hands, and the right question depends on which one is holding it.
Requested
The request exists in your account. Quote its reference and the time you submitted it.
Under review
We are checking the account, which can include verification or the deposit turnover rule. Ask what, if anything, is outstanding.
Approved and sent
The payment has left us. Ask for the transfer reference your provider can trace.
Received by your provider
The money sits with your bank, wallet or exchange, so any crediting question now goes to that provider.
Withdrawals go to methods in the account holder's name and return to the deposit route where applicable. Card is not in the Australian withdrawal table, so a card depositor should ask which route will carry the funds. Large amounts may be split into instalments, and our general terms, version 2.3, also cap withdrawals per calendar period (A$6,000 daily, A$12,000 weekly, A$42,000 monthly), with each period counted in UTC, not Australian time. The withdrawals page lists each method's range and the payments page covers deposits.
PayID, POLi and Neosurf are not in the Australian cashier.
Bonus and document questions: ask which rule applies
Ask whether a specific transaction qualified and which condition decided it. “My bonus is missing” leaves us guessing at the stage, the deposit and the code. “Did deposit [reference] qualify for the third-stage offer, and if not, which condition applied?” can be answered in one reply.
For a verification request, settle three points before you upload anything. What is this file meant to establish? Which details need to show, and may any be blanked out? Where is the secure upload? Keep the acknowledgement once the file is in. Then match your follow-up to what actually happened:
- A rejected image needs a fresh copy that meets the stated requirement.
- An upload with no acknowledgement needs the upload time quoted back to us.
- A new requirement needs its reason and scope confirmed before you send anything further.
The promo codes page lists each welcome stage with its code, and the registration page separates opening an account from the identity checks that come later.
Self-checks that settle the usual VegasNow queries
A good share of questions are answered by a rule we already publish. Find your situation below first. If the rule does not explain what happened, quote it in your message and ask why it was applied.
| Situation | What to check |
|---|---|
| Welcome match not credited | The offer floor is A$20, yet the method floor can be higher: A$30 for card or MiFinity, A$25 for Cashtocode |
| Stage two, three or four missing | Each needs its code with the deposit (VEGAS2, VEGAS3, VEGAS4); stage one has none |
| New offer not added | One active bonus at a time |
| Welcome spins absent | They follow a single full wager of the deposit |
| Bonus gone | Seven-day validity |
| Withdrawal refused | Three-times deposit turnover, terms version 2.3 |
| Bank request rejected | Inpay, PayAnyBank and Wire: no less than A$300, no more than A$6,000 per request. MiFinity: A$30 up to A$4,000 |
| Paid less than the balance | A per-offer bonus cash-out ceiling of A$5,000; welcome spin wins capped at A$300 |
| Winnings queried after bonus play | Any stake above A$8 while wagering was running |
Figures are from our Australian offer pages, payment tables and the general bonus terms of 26 February 2024; check the version shown in your own account. Sports bet questions are covered on our sports betting page.
Who can act on what: VegasNow, providers, regulator, helplines
Send each question to the body that can change the outcome. Writing to the wrong one costs time and rarely produces an answer.
| Who | What they can deal with | Where to look |
|---|---|---|
| VegasNow customer care | Access, balances, bonus credit, verification, withdrawal stages, sports settlement, limits, closure, self-exclusion | Live chat or support@vegasnow.com |
| Your payment provider (bank, card issuer, MiFinity, Cashtocode, crypto wallet) | Its half of the transfer, plus any charge or exchange rate it applies | That provider's statement or app |
| Curaçao Gaming Authority | The public licence record: holder, number, status, approved domains | The cert.cga.cw validator |
| Gambling Help Online | Confidential, no-cost counselling if gambling is hurting you or someone you care about | 1800 858 858, gamblinghelponline.org.au |
| BetStop | Self-exclusion from wagering providers licensed in Australia | betstop.gov.au |
| These Australian pages | Explanations of offers, rules and contact routes; no account actions | Your VegasNow account |
Deposit costs on our side are ours to cover; a fee your provider adds is between you and that provider. For anything formal, name the licence holder as the record does: Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603), licence OGL/2024/164/0246, plus the date of whichever document you rely on. The public validator shows the holder and approved domains, and our licensing page takes you through it.
Worked example: an A$80 third deposit with no VEGAS3 match
Say you put A$80 on a card as your third deposit, aiming for the third welcome stage: VEGAS3, which matches half the deposit to a ceiling of A$2,000 and adds 50 free spins. Half of A$80 is A$40, so that is the match you are watching for. Nothing appears.
Four questions first:
- Did VEGAS3 go in with the deposit, rather than afterwards?
- Was an earlier bonus still running? Only one runs at a time.
- Did the deposit clear the method floor? Card starts at A$30, so A$80 does.
- Is stage three the one your account shows as next?
Then write: “On [date] at [time, time zone] I made a card deposit of A$80, reference [provider reference], for the third welcome stage (VEGAS3). I [did / did not] enter the code. My account shows no match. Was this deposit eligible, and if it was not, what was the reason?”
If you left the code out, the offer is published as code-dependent, so ask whether it can still be added rather than assuming so. If the match is added, know what arrives with it: 40 × A$40 = A$1,600 of wagering inside seven days, stakes capped at A$8, and the 50 spins once the A$80 itself has been wagered once. Prefer to keep the A$80 clear of wagering? The general terms let you decline a bonus, which is easier to record now than to dispute later.
Worked example: an A$180 balance under the bank transfer floor
Suppose you deposited A$95 by card with no bonus, played for a while and now hold A$180. You ask for a PayAnyBank transfer and the cashier will not accept it. That is a range problem, not a delay: Inpay, PayAnyBank and Wire start at A$300, and A$180 is A$120 short.
| Check | Figure | What it means here |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit turnover | 3 × A$95 = A$285 in stakes | Needs to be met before the withdrawal |
| Bank transfer range | A$300 to A$6,000 | A$180 falls below it |
| MiFinity range | A$30 to A$4,000 | A$180 fits, with a wallet in your name |
| Crypto, for example USDT | From 20 USDT | Each coin has its own range |
| Card | Not in the withdrawal table | Ask which route applies |
Do not keep playing to push the balance past A$300. Topping up play to reach a threshold swaps a payment question for a gambling decision, and the balance can fall as easily as rise. Ask instead: “My balance of A$180 is below the A$300 bank transfer minimum. Which withdrawal routes are open to this account for that amount, given that I deposited by card?” If the reply raises verification or the turnover rule, treat each as its own item under the same case reference.
Taking a VegasNow complaint further when a reply falls short
Stay in the same case, say exactly which question is still open, and ask for the complaint process. Our terms direct complaints through customer support for internal review. They do not promise a particular outcome or a fixed reply time, so ask for a complaint reference and the date of the next update.
Reply in the existing case
Quote the earlier answer, then state the point it did not cover. Leave unrelated issues for a separate case.
Ask for the complaint route
Request a complaint reference and the next review step, so the matter is logged as a complaint and not a routine query.
Set out the whole case in writing
Email support@vegasnow.com with the dates, every reference, the question still unanswered and the outcome you want.
Read any outside body's own rules
Before going external, check that body's published scope and eligibility, and quote Just Entertainment B.V. with licence OGL/2024/164/0246.
Avoid making another deposit while a complaint is open, and keep every reply in one thread so the timeline stays readable. A licence record tells you who holds the licence. It does not promise compensation or any particular result.
Closing, limiting or excluding your VegasNow account
Say which of three things you want: a deposit limit, closure of the account, or self-exclusion. Each has a different effect, so name one and ask us to confirm in writing what it covers and when it starts.
- Deposit limits are set in the account or requested from support. Section 8.4 of our general terms (v2.3, 20 January 2024) rules out limits on cryptocurrency deposits, so ask how a limit treats each method you use.
- Closure and self-exclusion go through the account or our team. Keep the written acknowledgement.
- Keep the request on its own. Do not pair a request to stop with a question about a promotion.
BetStop is Australia's national register for excluding yourself from locally licensed wagering providers. VegasNow holds a Curaçao licence, so use our own self-exclusion as well; a BetStop registration alone will not close this account. If gambling is hurting you, Gambling Help Online is free and confidential on 1800 858 858, and our responsible gambling page gathers the tools in one place.
Requests VegasNow cannot act on, and the fix for each
Some messages stall because we cannot verify or act on them as written. Each one has a simple fix.
| What was sent | Why it stalls | The fix |
|---|---|---|
| A password or one-time code | Support does not need it, and sharing it puts the account at risk | Describe the error instead |
| Account details sent by direct message to @vegasnowcasino on Instagram | A public social profile is not a support desk | Use live chat or support@vegasnow.com |
| “Where is my bonus?” | No stage, deposit or code to check against | Give the offer, the reference and the code |
| A request to cancel a registered sports bet | The Sportsbook Rules do not allow player cancellation | Ask about the settlement instead |
| A reply to an unexpected message asking you to “verify” your account | Nobody can confirm who sent it | Contact us through the published routes first |
VegasNow support: questions and answers
Does VegasNow have a phone number for account help?
Our published routes for account help are live chat inside the casino and support@vegasnow.com. If a caller claiming to be VegasNow wants your password or a login code, end the call. The one phone number we point to is Gambling Help Online, 1800 858 858, for support with gambling harm.
How long does VegasNow support take to reply?
There is no published turnaround, and we will not invent one here. Ask for a case reference and when the next update is due, then quote both when you follow up.
Can I email my ID to support@vegasnow.com?
Ask first. Identity and payment documents go through the secure upload route named in the request. Email is the right place to describe a problem and quote references, not to send documents nobody has asked for.
Is the VegasNow Instagram account a support channel?
No. @vegasnowcasino is a public social profile. Do not send account details, documents or payment references there by direct message; use live chat or email and keep the case reference.
Which company name goes on a formal complaint?
Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603), which holds licence OGL/2024/164/0246. Add the title and date of the document you rely on, such as the bonus terms of 26 February 2024.
Can support bring back a bonus that expired?
Bonuses are valid for seven days, so an offer credited but not used in time has lapsed. You can ask, quoting the offer and dates, but do not assume it will return. A bonus that was never credited is a separate question that needs the deposit reference.
Does VegasNow support handle sports bets too?
Yes. The sportsbook uses the same account and cashier, so settlement questions come to the same team. Give the bet reference, selection, odds and stake. Under the Sportsbook Rules, a registered bet cannot be cancelled by the player.
I received an email asking me to confirm my VegasNow password. What should I do?
Do not reply or click its links. Support does not need your password to look into anything. Open live chat from inside the casino, or write to support@vegasnow.com directly, and tell us about the message you received.
Can support help if I want to stop gambling?
Yes. We can apply a deposit limit, close the account or set a self-exclusion, and confirm the scope and start date in writing. For confidential support away from the account, Gambling Help Online is on 1800 858 858.
